Order Cancellation

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing/shipping.

• For Partial COD orders, the advance amount is non-refundable if the parcel is refused or remains undelivered due to customer unavailability.

• Custom-made or special-import products are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Return Policy

Our return and exchange policy applies to these categories - Smart Home Gadgets, CCTV Cameras, and Power Backup Devices And also applicable to all products from these brands sold on our website - boAt, SanDisk, Fastrack, and Portronics. 

Returns are not applicable for any Nano Bluetooth Products or its accessories like -  GSM ATM Card Nano Earpiece, Neckloop / Tabiz, Nano Bluetooth ACCESSORIES, Bluetooth Banyan / Vest, Nano EARPIECE, Calling/Chat Calculators, Hidden CAMERAS, Spy GSM Box, Bluetooth Mask And Bluetooth Undergarments. But we offer a replacement warranty of 6 months for most of the products that come under this list. The exact warranty details are mentioned in each product's description.

The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Accessories, manuals, and any other accompanying items must be included in the return or exchange. The item should not have been tampered with, modified, or damaged due to customer negligence.
Customers can initiate a return or replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
After this period, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges unless covered by a warranty.

Eligibility

• The product is dead on arrival (DOA), or

• The product received is physically damaged during transit, or

• Wrong product delivered by our team.
   

Mandatory conditions:

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Proper unboxing video is required (continuous, no cuts)

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Without unboxing video proof, claims may be rejected.
   

Refund Policy - 
We allow refunds for these categories only - Smart Home Gadgets, CCTV Cameras, and Power Backup Devices And also applicable for all products from these brands sold on our website - boAt, SanDisk, Fastrack, and Portronics. 
Refunds are not applicable for any Nano Bluetooth Products or its accessories like - GSM ATM Card Nano Earpiece, Neckloop / Tabiz, Nano Bluetooth ACCESSORIES, Bluetooth Banyan / Vest, Nano EARPIECE, Calling/Chat Calculators, Hidden CAMERAS, Spy GSM Box, Bluetooth Mask And Bluetooth Undergarments -  Six months replacement warranty available for these products but not for accessories like charging adapter, Cable and only earpieces. 

However, if we fail to deliver the product within the given timeline then there will be a 100% refund as paid by the buyer. In case of any refund discrepancies, KSpyWorld may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
We don't even offer a cancellation facility once the order is placed or payment is confirmed. 
Refunds will be allowed only if we fail to deliver the ordered product within the said timeline.
We understand that in some scenarios, the Product may take more than 7 TO 10 days to reach our warehousing and Quality Check facilities. In such a scenario, we process the refund amounts intermittently but, in case the Product does not clear the Quality check, we reserve all rights to take appropriate steps to recover the amount already credited to your account. 

Refund Processing (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed within 5–10 working days

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless error is from our side

Replacement Policy 

If the product qualifies under Note Section 2:

• Replacement will be provided after verification.

• In some cases, repair support may be provided instead of replacement.

• Replacement processing time: 5–12 working days (may vary for imported items).
   

There is a rare chance of getting a faulty product. If you face any issues with the product, you can replace it under the warranty period. For replacement, the buyer needs to fill out the form given on the Replacement page and ship the product back to our address.

Do mention the order ID and the issue with the product on a white page in the parcel. This will help us to resolve the problem fast. 
If the device is having any significant issues then we will replace it with a new one (Same Product model) And if there is a very minor issue then we will repair the same and ship it back to your address.

Warranty Terms (VERY IMPORTANT)

• Standard warranty (if applicable) is limited to manufacturing defects only.

• Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Battery performance degradation over time

  • Physical damage

  • Water/liquid damage

  • Improper usage or mishandling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Third-party repairs or modifications
     

🚫No Warranty on Repaired Products

     This is critical and binding.

• Any product repaired on paid basis or as goodwill support will NOT carry any further warranty.

• Repaired products are considered final service support cases.

• No free replacement, refund, or repeated repair will be provided after such service.

Products covered under warranty will be serviced or replaced according to the terms and conditions specified by the warranty policy. Paid Repair Policy

For out-of-warranty products:

• Repair may be offered subject to parts availability.

• Repair charges are non-refundable once service is completed.

• After successful repair and delivery, the case will be treated as closed.

Customers must:

• Verify product details before purchase

• Maintain proper communication records
   

Kspyworld reserves the right to decline support in cases of:

• Misuse or misrepresentation

• Repeated unreasonable service demands beyond policy

• Failure to provide valid order/payment proof

Kspyworld maintains strict records of all orders and support interactions.

In cases involving:

• False claims

• Chargeback abuse

• Harassment or repeated unwanted communication

• Posting knowingly misleading reviews

• Attempt to obtain repeated undue replacements/refunds

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse further service

• Block future orders

• Report the matter to appropriate legal or cyber authorities if required

No Return for Non-Issue:

Kspyworld.com will not accept returns for electronic items if there is no issue with the product.
If the item is functioning as intended and there are no defects or damages, the return request will be declined.
Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review product descriptions, specifications, and customer reviews before making a purchase.
