Can I order with payment on delivery / cash on delivery?Regrettably, we do not offer the convenience of Complete Cash on Delivery or Payment on Delivery services. However, We do provide an alternative option known as Partial Cash on Delivery. With this option, a modest upfront payment is necessary, while the remaining balance, along with any applicable delivery charges, can be settled upon delivery. It's worth noting that the estimated delivery time for this method is typically 8 to 10 days, although it may vary during periods of high order volumes. Kindly be informed that orders placed using this specific delivery and payment method are not eligible for the application of offers or coupons.

Do we provide Cash on Delivery?We offer a partial cash-on-delivery option and do not provide complete cash-on-delivery. In order to use the partial cash-on-delivery option, the buyer must make a minimum advance payment. The remaining balance along with the delivery charge can be paid at the time of delivery. Please note that delivery time changes according to the location, and any offers/coupons cannot be applied while placing orders with cash on delivery payment method. Additionally, please be aware that the advance amount is non-refundable. In contrast, magnetic earpieces remain inconspicuous even under flashlight inspection. Magnetic earpieces do not require batteries and have a longer lifespan, while electronic earpieces can operate for approximately 4 hours per battery before needing a replacement. Therefore, if you prioritize privacy, choose the magnetic earpiece, but if you value sound quality, opt for the electronic earpiece.

What if I choose Express delivery while placing the order and for my city and it is not available?If your city does not have Express delivery service available and yet, you have placed an order with Express Delivery, you will be contacted by our customer service team and informed about the same. Do you provide any warranty?Products that we resell - The warranty period of the products that we resell depends on the manufacturer and may vary. Products we manufacture - Our manufactured products are backed by a replacement warranty valid for 6 months from the delivery date. Please note that this warranty specifically covers the transmission device and excludes earpieces and other accessories. Additionally, please be aware that any physical damages incurred to the product, excluding damages during delivery, will void the warranty.

In such instances, we can manually process the order after confirming the payment.
