At the moment, our presence is limited to two cities. We have a warehouse in one of them, and we offer online sales exclusively in Bangalore. Our management office in Ludhiana is Located at Shop No-2 GN Tower, Lucky Enclave, near the Royal Enfield agency in Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana, Punjab, 141007.
How do I track my order?
Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, we will share all the order details along with the tracking details with you. With the provided tracking details, you will be able to monitor the progress of your parcel. To track your order, simply visit the official website of the courier service responsible for shipping your product.
What to do in case the amount is debited from my account but the order was not placed?
If you come across any such issues, feel free to reach out to us at +91 97746 38866. We will be glad to offer additional assistance and guidance. Occasionally, technical glitches may result in deductions from your account without the successful placement of orders. In such instances, we can manually process the order after confirming the payment.
If an order fails to be placed due to payment failure, resulting in a deduction from the customer's account, rest assured that customers will receive an automatic refund within a few working days, subject to their bank's guidelines.
Can I connect earpiece directly to my phone or other devices?
It is not possible to connect the earpiece to any other device besides the specific GSM module provided by us. The earpiece will not connect to any phone or other devices.
What if I don't receive the product within the Estimated Time of Delivery?
Our return policy clearly states that if customers don’t receive the product by the estimated time of delivery as stated by our customer support team, we will initiate a full refund to you once we receive the product. It is recommended that you must not accept the parcel after the estimated time of delivery, if you want the full refund.
